That being said, it does bother me when a user I know stops posting for an extended period of time, especially a user like .
The downside of anonymous websites like Poal.co is that when someone stops posting, you don't know what happened to them. I have been here long enough to have known several people who have died.
When stopped posting, everyone initially thought he was butthurt over some Poal drama. It was only when I called him and his sister picked up that we found out he had actually died.
Only God knows what happened to , or to . They just stopped posting.
One of the reasons I loved so much was that he readily, and willingly, took over when I was going through one of my many phases of demented darkness.
Having deleted my account in an act of alcoholic vanity, he saw the good in the nature of what I was attempting to accomplish with the group, and led it in my absence.

I forget that you haven't been here the entire time.
It was different back then, but I want to make sure I don't mistake my nostalgia for a Golden Era that did not exist.
That being said, it was a lot 'tighter' back then.
A lot more shit-posting, a lot more ribbing and talking shit on other users, less news and such.
One of the things I miss most about was his ability to keep the chat together.
Nearly every night we were live on Mumble, me and a few other prominent Poal personalities, just shooting the shit and giving out thoughts on the current situation.
I specifically remember one moment, during the pandemic, when everything was being censored everywhere, and wanted to publish one of our conversations, but YouTube obviously wouldn't allow it.
We decided on using PornHub instead.
It was one of the most hilarious things ever, talking to Boobs and a few other users, while Boobs was making a PornHub account to document our Mumble dialogue because we knew Pornhub wouldn't censor us like YouTube.
was probably the most charismatic human I have ever talked to. He had a weird ability to just make you comfortable when you were talking. It always felt like we were on the verge on an inside joke.
After he died, a few prominent Poal users took over the Mumble Chat, thought they could do a 'Poalcast' without him, and it failed.
I miss him deeply.
He was one of my favorite humans of all time.
