Not really, pretty much all car radio options suck now-a-days. What I have found to work is just carrying around a pen and notepad when I am driving. Whenever a cool lyric enters my mind, I just write it down, close my eyes, and try to finish it, imagine what the rhythm would be, what other sounds would be in the background, et cetera. This way I don't have to rely on Jew radio, I get to make my own music in my head! You would be surprised how well this works. Whenever I get in the zone, and employ this technique, it feels like I can hear the sounds of the song coming alive... Horns honking, tires screeching, sirens blaring... It is a powerful method of bringing your inner music out, even when you are just bored on the interstate! Highly recommend.
