It's fucking amazing what cutting out carbs will do for your health. I do it twice a year...start the diet whenever I hit 220 pounds or so. If I get a physical while on the diet - my numbers are absolutely off the charts in a good way, even when hung over and forgetting to fast as I had forgotten there was a physical that morning. Then you have idiots that baselessly say "Yah that can't be healthy to not eat rice and potatoes and fruits, etc".
You know what else is not healthy? Obesity.
