dentists are fake and gay. Their drill is a trap. jsut never eat grains or carbs and your teeth will last a lifetime.
It's fucking amazing what cutting out carbs will do for your health. I do it twice a year...start the diet whenever I hit 220 pounds or so. If I get a physical while on the diet - my numbers are absolutely off the charts in a good way, even when hung over and forgetting to fast as I had forgotten there was a physical that morning. Then you have idiots that baselessly say "Yah that can't be healthy to not eat rice and potatoes and fruits, etc".
You know what else is not healthy? Obesity.

It really is. Even fuckig MILK has sugar in it I guess. Its crazy. I love me some milk though so I just go with it. I keep sourdough starter as well for pancakes on saturday morning. That is another thing that is kinda a tradition and I gott akeep it going.
