Aspirin for headaches and tendonitis (it inhibits swelling). Ibuprofen for muscle soreness. Don't use for anything you want to heal because while it inhibits swelling, it also inhibits healing. Tylenol for general malaise and fever. Can help with headaches and hangovers but be careful of your liver. 4000mg/day is the lethal limit.
