For me, it's matching leather when dressing up. I refuse to wear brown leather shoes w/ a black leather belt... or wristband on my watch. I have a brown set of kit including shoes, belt, and watch. Then a black leather kit.

that have abandoned paper menus regrettably

I hate this so much. My favorite watering hole has a large assortment of craft beers did this with their beer list. I pretty much stick to what I can see on the draft handles now, because I hate dealing with it.

There is a lot of stuff that is nice about modern phones, but it's still an electric leash.
