Regular meditating causes every thought to enter my mind as I desperately try to push them out.
But I do think I accidentally meditate sometimes, when doing skilled work like playing guitar or holding a handstand or shooting long range. A bit weird, I'm focused on that thing, but I sort of will get into a trance, where my conscious mind just sort of stops paying attention and lets go, and I only notice when I come out of it.
I perform the best in that state, and it seems like my conscious mind notices how well I'm doing and takes back control, usually causing me to fuck up. I actually learned I can sort of induce this by slowly pacing while I play, and not looking at the guitar, just focusing on random spots while I walk. I'm unsure if this is meditation but, my mind empties, and I seem to lose anxiety and tension.
