I have gone blind

I need 0.5 reading glasses, I bought a few in the pharmacy ranging from 0.5 - 1.0 and 0.5 is the best for me. I don't need much of a "zoom", but text is starting to get mixed and blurry and 0.5 is fixing it perfectly.

Anyway, the one's I found look horrible, but I bought them only as a test. Is there a place online to buy cheap reading glasses that ships world wide? Sure I could use Amazon, but I want to see (LOL) if there are any alternatives.

I have a very strong prescription and use Zenni Optical https://www.zennioptical.com/. They don't validate my script so you don't need one from a doc. They have cheap frames and it's the lenses where they make their money. I'm sure you can get them cheap if you don't do fancy lenses. Even with all the bells and whistles my glasses from them are a third the price from the eye doc.

I wore 0.5 today for the first time. Spent over 10h working at computer and it was a huge difference for such a small dioptry.

Oh good! I am glad I could help. I have had no problems with their glasses, they even let me order frames that technically shouldn't work with my thick lenses. I like that they don't tell me no to anything, even stupid stuff. I tried some frameless that looked great with my face but my script made me look like a pinhead. Ooops.
