Plan to make them tomorrow or saturday, depending on what the wife thinks.

I want to fry them up in a pan. What kind of grease do you guys recommend? Do I use a little or a lot?

Never even made tortillas before. Any info will be appreciated.

I use real unsalted butter. Just a thin layer in the pan. I've tried without and they just seem so dry. Butter is better.
