The discipline of iron has helped many a man chase the blues away.
Yeah, I need to start pumping iron again.

Get a dog.
When feeling lost, figure out exactly where you are, and if you are still moving in a direction towards your goals. If you are, keep doing what needs to be done to realize your goals. If not, figure out what you should be doing to head in that direction. If you have no goals, your goal is to come up with some goals that you think are worthwhile. When you get those done, come up with some more goals.
Get off all drugs and alcohol if you haven't done so already.
Also look into: Keto diet, nofap, CBD oil, cold showers, sauna, weight lifting, shilajit, ashwagandha, reading books, and meditation.
Find another job if you don't like where you are currently working. Look into online courses or some kind of part-time schooling to gain more skills and knowledge.

Step one, admitting that sometimes you just need a hand.
Eat some mushrooms, it'll set your head right.
I don't need mushrooms to feel schizophrenic, lol
Take pleasure in the small things and focus on the present. Be pleasant inwards and it will resonate outwards.
I've been through a rough patch too, and it took several months of loneliness spiraling, a car collision, souring relationships until I relearned this truth.
I did a Bible study on the Screw Tape Letters by C.S. Lewis and it helped change my view of myself and the world.
This is why poal and a few other places are so important. ZOG has us all isolated quite well IRL but you're never alone in spirit. I have had some very low lows recently too and even when nothing else helps I pray and lift and try to be everything the kikes hate. Sometimes it's enough to know that my simple existence resisting them makes them seethe. Also, I refuse to be the next White man to let the light of hope and fury blink out on my watch.
well, if its just lately, did some circumstance change? did something get added/lost or some lifestyle change make you feel this way?
or if its been going on for a while, say, months into years, start troubleshooting. alcohol/drug use, porn consumption, exercise or lack thereof, media consumption, DIET (diet is huge), any of these things could make you feel worse without realizing. could be something as easy as a food or alcohol sensitivity.
equally important though it sounds like you have no one to relate to IRL. you certainly aren't alone and more people feel that way than would admit. try adult sports? or skiing? fishing??? art class? metal detecting?? volunteer at the library? animal shelter?? Bible study??????? there's gotta be somewhere some group of people will accept you in person even if its only on one or 2 levels and you keep the nigger and jew discussions to Poal.
sorry that you are feeling like that. if you were serious about feeling schizo, real schizophrenia is a motherfucker. not much to treat that but antipsychotic drugs all of which have a terrible side effect profile. i would try doing what @IndoAryan suggested first, then find somewhere i could go like once a week to do some activity with other people for a few hours.
Your never alone buddy. Hang in there and keep your chin up.
An Orthodox Catholic Church may help.
No, it won't. Orthodoxy/Catholicism are false religions which believe in a works-based salvation which will send you straight to hell.
Virgin Mary-worshiping idolatry, praying to a Eucharist, transubstantiation, it's all 100% garbage.
Oh, and it's also overrun with homosexuals, pedophiles and other degenerates.
