I don't have any experience doing this but I have seen some really good examples. The best ones that I have seen are virtually invisible during they day. They are very low profile but really make the house pop at night. Do it!

I can do the installation of the lights and do a clean enough job. It's the controllers and programs that make me think twice, though I have been reading there are controllers that are easy to set up and use. It's gonna be fun.
