No one will work hard enough and a lot will steal the supplies. I'm sorry but this is a major problem in Africa. Leave heavy equipment on the job site and it's got missing parts in the morning and the fuel tanks drained also.

No, I was reading a story from an ex peace corp person that live there for a few years and that is what they stated. THey said they stole from everyone including their own family. This is someone that lived there for years so I think they know more than we do about this.

They have not, and may not ever, develop the cognitive abilities to progress into our current definition of civilization. They are strangers to it and it will ever be an "other", something not theirs. Best to cull them away or herd them to a place where they can limit their damage to our precious earth.

They haven't evolved that way, they either wander or kill and take over the millenium. Whites in northern climates prepared and shared blacks in Africa just ate till it was gone and moved drought move, another tribe, kill and take everything of value. It's all evolution and you see that behavior in Detroit, they ransack and area till they think they can't get anymore and move a few blocks and repeat. THey kill off rival gangs and are killed. THey for the most part are not evolved or trying to evolve. There are many that do but the vast majority are stuck at a jr high level of logic and anger. They beat down the smart ones or kill them or chase them off. I think they should all educate them in their native environment and if a shining star that is non violent appears move them to the better school. Hell I think it's time for military type schools in the hood with a smack upside the head to get their attention. Force them to use logic and explain the steps they used. No just passing a moron, if the kids dumb toss him out or put him in a tougher one till he gets the message or is reprogrammed enough to work and not fuck up his life.

Well, it's just a theory, so I don't know if it'll hold up to scrutiny or not. But I always figured the niggest traits are all correlated -- low IQ, stealing, poor impulse control, violence, etc.

So if you're really, quintessentially black and have that bundle of traits in excess, you're gonna hang out with a crowd more similar to you -- dumb, violent, etc. And because you're impulsive and violent and run in this crowd, you are disproportionately likely to be the victim of violence as well. You also don't know how to cooperate with police because of the poor impulse control, so when you get caught stealing or whatever you're also more likely to die as a result.

Come to think of it, you're also more likely to mate with someone with poor impulse control and have your offspring aborted.

All of this must be a tremendous, grinding selective pressure which would highly disfavor these maladaptive traits. Thus, the survivors that pass on their genes to the next generation are more likely to be those that are comparatively less violent, dumb, criminal and impulsive.

No other race faces this level of selective pressure. We lead remarkable easy and safe lives within our current civilization. Given those circumstances, it's possible blacks may actually pull themselves up towards our level by murdering each other.

Though it's possible a different outcome could occur -- such as maybe selection favoring not only intelligence, but also extreme lethargy, so that the tendency towards lethargy outpaces that of the tendency towards intelligence.

Americans gave up God, and with that went the civic duties of defending their nation. Americans just bitch now. And blame others as if the gates weren’t wide open on their watch.

First, complacency.

Africa is quite comfortable for human habitation. Food is plentiful. So-called natural disasters basically don't happen across 70-odd percent of the continent. People became complacent, in many ways. There was no need for "development" in terms of social organisation, so genetics stopped selecting for those kinds of traits and went back to selecting for fast running and a good spear-chucking arm.

Second, climate change.

No, I'm not talking about "global warming", but I am talking about desertification. The massive Sahara grassland became a desert, and the nations of Africa were largely cut off from the rest of the world. Not only did this stop them from being able to pilfer cultural, social, and technological developments from other nations, but also made them ignorant of the world at large.

Their most dangerous enemy was the occasional lion. No wonder they grew soft and lazy after inventing the long spear and the basic hunting tactics.

Third, colonialism (done badly).

I don't think other nations were wrong to annex land in Africa - as the philosophers say, "shit happens", and you're either the conqueror or the conqueree. Where they did go wrong was in attempting baby's first socioculturual uplift, and then just giving up on the process because some people felt it was a bit mean.

By the end of the colonial era, Africa was left with the civic infrastructure, governmental systems, and social expectations of Europe - none of which works for Africans because thousands of years of genetic and cultural drift happened and they're just not the same as Europeans are. So there was friction, there was strife, old tribal rivalries were rebooted, governments collapsed, inefficiency, nepotism, and corruption reigned.

Then the commies attacked.

Fourth, communism.

In the words of that gentleman and scholar, Richard Marcinko: "God-damn cock-breath commie motherfuckers!" Communism got big in Africa - the USSR invested heavily in the idea and the marketing was well-tuned to a populace who felt as if they'd gone from one shitty, oppressive overlord to another, only the new boss was more shoot-happy than the old boss. Naturally, it was the rich people's fault! (Hey, nobody ever claimed commies made sense, or could think, or weren't technically a sort of vegetable)

Since the USSR upped and died, it seems that the torch of slow-fucking the dark continent has been passed to the Illegal Communist Occupation of Mainland Taiwan.

Fifth, foreign aid.

So now we've got an Africa, cargo-cultishly clinging to European-style government, running on old, shoddily-maintained infrastructure, with a big red chip on its shoulder and a sincerely indoctrinated belief that everyone's out to exploit them, and how does the world proceed to treat them?

They spoil them rotten.

Suddenly, it's free money, free food, medical aid, education programs, private charities, national endowments, and nothing less that a combination of fawning fetishisation and no-spine grovelling, and this in response to nothing more than bad behaviour and a sense of entitlement.

So of course they keep doing it.

When they throw tantrums, it seems to be working.

And that's basically the story of how niggers are made.

Depends on how you define civilization. If by civilization you mean "values/culture" then I think black africans have their values different from other "civilizations". If by civilization you mean scientific advancements, they mostly get stolen. Ancient Romans stole bits of knowledge and technology from their enemies, despite having war with them. being "way the fuck out there" means you can't steal these things quickly enough, which in turn means you have nothing to improve on and no way to progress.

It's the same with the Native Americans. They didn't have gunpowder (invented in China, "given" to the Christians by the Mongols) and the Spanish (and others) that were exterminating them didn't choose to be like the ancient Greeks or Romans, they didn't choose to pass their experience on to the Americans, so they were proper fucked.

Nowadays the trend is in the reverse. Russia was defeated by Japan before WW1, being one of the first defeats of European nations by an Asian nation, arguably starting Russia's decline. Serbia (former Yugoslavia) has been bombed by NATO for protecting themselves against Wahhabi scum, arguably making "The West"/Nato _deserving_ of their now ongoing White genocide. Whites in Zimbabwe has been exterminated and Whites in South Africa will be exterminated. et cetera.
