I saw this snippet about the military being recently authorized to use lethal force against civilians, and I can't find anything to back it up. Does anyone know anything about it?

S2 Underground thinks it has more to do with drones that can carry missiles and them being deployed in the USA than what every one is claiming. This might be a best case scenario though...I sure as fuck don't trust the commies running things.
