I can only find the event in passing online, and even the transcription on ABC for the interview has been scrubbed of it. Can anyone reup the interview if you have it?

Apparently, it took place on March 24, 2008.

This interview used to be played everywhere. He was told how most Americans disapprove of the war, and his answer was "So?" with a smirk. Besides shooting a lawyer in the face with birdshot, this was the second event that defined him for American people.

The way I finally found it after some other efforts was to put a kind of unique sentence from the transcript on the ABC site into filmnot (searches YouTube captions) with quotations around it and made sure the words and punctuation were safe enough to match what the auto captions would have generated on YouTube. It worked!
