Kinda lame crash. I've been in hundreds dirt biking and what not through the years. Then this silly little crash results in my worst injuries ever haha. Oh well.

No. I was only going about 30-35MPH. Not speeding or tailgating. Traffic came to an abrupt stop in front of me and in a panic I accidentally hit the front brake too hard. The bike flipped over with my foot stuck between the shifter and foot peg. If it had been a bigger bike it likely would not have flipped. My frame on it is a bit top heavy.
