Not a big property, about 15.000 sqft and the house on it is about 1.300 sqft (Ca 1400 m², 120 m²). It is in a small neighbourhood in one of the many small towns here in Norway.

I am thinking about running around naked and let the willy freely spin.

I also want to try planting stuff but idk yet. Other ideas?

Hmm a fish farm, so, dig a huge hole! I don't know...

It’s better not to dig a hole but get a giant tank and insulate it from the ground with 3” styrofoam.

You could do it using IBC liquid pallet containers. These can usually be picked up reasonably cheaply. You can cut them down to make fish tanks and wicking beds to grow veges in as a part of the aquaponic system.
