Old Genesis. Selling England by the Pound is pretty good, but I'm an old fucker so I can overlook the less-than-stellar quality of the recording. You see, kids, magnetic audio tape mastering was only so good... a higher quality and equally good album is Wind and Wuthering. I'll post a few links to my favorites.

Old Yes. I have mixed feelings about 90125. It was too pop-oriented in the production, but there is a lot of the complexity of Fragile and their self-titled debut.

If you go more for trance, Jean Michael Jaree is subtle, maybe old Tangerine Dream.
