No. There ended up being too many little things here and there. And the yard was a lot smaller than I was led to believe. I need space and privacy. We did end up buying a house though. Hopefully we will be closing on Friday. I've been busy fixing some stuff up at my current house so I can rent it to my niece.
You know much about septic systems? I got an inspection done at my new house. All seems to be in order except there is a lot of root intrusion. The system is also pretty old. Not sure if I should just get the roots removed or replace the whole system. I would rather not replace it right now if I don't have to. Funds are getting tight. I just replaced the well and we are putting 20% down on the house. I have the inspection report if it's something that's within your knowledge base.
Here is my septic inspection report. https://pic8.co/sh/dpgSyI.jpg
I know at the very least I need to get the roots removed. What I'm not sure of is if the age of the system is an issue. I know the guy that pumped it the last time it was pumped. He said when he pumped it a "little" bit of water ran back into the system. I'm not sure what that could mean. Drain field issues? I'm mostly looking for an opinion from someone who isn't trying to sell me a septic system. If something does go wrong it is what it is and I'll replace it, but like I said before funds are tight at the moment and if I don't have to replace it right now that would be awesome.
