Church, then she helped me with painting one of my barns in the nice weather, filled a few deer feeders, then we had dinner. Was a nice day. My place has a rare species of firefly that come out at about supper. Good times.
My brother and I are making fresh fish for dinner. We spent the morning opening some gifts from her grandbabies. Other than that, we're just spending time out here on the ranch doing the thing, living the dream.
Honestly I had more fun visiting your mum on mother's day. :)
Spoke to her on the phone, got some updates of her life, gave some updates of mine. Might make a roadtrip down to see her sometime in fall.

I'm a couple thousand miles away unfortunately, but my brother and some of her friends are taking her to a nice dinner.
Nothing, it was just recently her birthday and she's on the other side of the country.
We put together a flower arrangement from some store-bought flowers and a bunch from my yard. She also got a card and some cupcakes and hung out here with us for a bit. She had to work most of the day, but that's what she got afterward.
