Starve it. Don't feed it in any way. Cut if off, if possible. In some cases a parasite can communicate, don't acknowledge it or talk to it, it will attempt to make you feel bad for not giving it what it desires.

It's the only real way to get rid of them! What do those "doctors" give you? Yeah, "praziquantel", that sounds like a real word. They're just making up silly names to sell you expensive placebos!

Doctors won't give you anything. They are not trained to detect parasites and will prescribe you multiple meds to suppress symptoms.

Shooting yourself up the ass would be better than going to the Dr.
