I love a good steak and vegetables with mashed potatoes and some wine and beer.

But I'm perturbed.

I've known my wife's sister in personal settings for over 5 years. I never heard her use a fake voice before to other tables. A fake, high pitched, overly friendly thing I've never heard. My wife said to ignore it but is this normal? I rarely go out let alone to a sister in laws job.

Is this normal for females to fake an accent and talk in a strange, fake, overly friendly, high pitched voice that isn't normal?

I don't trust her anymore.

Unfortunately, I hear this too frequently. Like the fake smile. Also, young adults have a distinct drawl that emirates when they talk that's like finger nails running down a chalk board. Especially when they utter "perfect."

It was just strange to hear her at work with the fake personality. I don't look at her the same anymore and I know my wife is pissed. I bit my tongue so things will be fine but what's with females using a fake, hyperactive happy voice?

Ever witnessed how a woman can be aggressive, loud and rude, then the phone rings and her voice, facial expression and demeanor changes to this sweet lil' thing that couldn't hurt a fly?

Yeah, that's when you dread the end of that phone call. :)

This isn't just females, male waiters do this too. It just sounds different. We live in a fake society. Nothing, as we see it, is real. The matrix makes this all appear normal to many.
