The question is inherently illogical because it invokes the nonsensical concept of infinity. Infinity does not exist and cannot exist. Some midwit may argue that this is logically inconsistent with an all powerful God, which simply demonstrates their illiteracy. An author is all powerful in writing a story - he can completely dictate what happens. What he cannot do is claim that black is white, that up is down, and that "cat" and "polar bear" are the same animal simultaneously. That's just confusing lying with incapacity.
