I searched Poal already and found a bit of info on this but not much. I've watched a ton of videos lately and I'm pretty sold on giving it a shot.

Any Poalers have any experience with the Carnivore diet? 98% of the videos and comments I have seen are positive and if their claims are accurate I think it could be a good decision.

oh, the diarrhea is absolutely real. But I haven't felt tired or shitty at all.

Stick with it, they say it goes away.

It hasn't been terrible. My diet was already pretty low in carbs and high in fat and protein.

Cutting out the last 10% of carbs is hard though, they can hide in unexpected places. I was using a protein powder that was whey concentrate instead of whey isolate, ton of carbs. I'm giving up the Greek yogurt too.

I do not know, but have heard, that the true benefits of the diet are best felt when you actually go full carnivore, with no dairy, or even seasoning, other than salt. I don't know if I will go that far, but I might try it for a little.

I thought anything from animals was fair game? milk, cheese, eggs, butter?

And I also thought seasonings were okay? I use Montreal a lot and I checked it today and it has zero carbs or sugars so I figured it would be good still.
