Federal and constitutional law require the feds to defend the border. They have officially documented policy to betray the country. The best they can do now is sue. They've provided proof of treason and legal chase to push the issue only further confirms treason on their behalf. Additionally, states are well within their rights to defend their borders as the feds have officially documented their refusal to do so. Which means it lawfully falls back onto the states. There's literally nothing they can do which does not cement the legal case of treason and their lawful arrests and execution.
