I used to cook with aluminum all the time. Putting it under fish, chicken, and meat baking it in the oven or doing hobo dinners in the fire but then I heard that it causes memory loss. That it could be a path for dementia so I haven't done it since a couple years ago. Is this just propaganda or the real deal?

Yes. And depending on what/how you cook you could be ingesting more/less. The rule is don't cook. If it's canned or whatever should be fine. But if heated, expands and can be (((accidently))) ingested. We didn't used to have so many things contained in Al but with the expansion of the grid, wholesale foods drastically (((had to adapt))).

Getting off topic. Yes. Don't cook with it, especially BBQ
