I agree completely. Soccer (or “kick” at it’s known in other areas of the world) is a kids’ game at best. Years ago I came across stats on IQ by players and soccer players have the lowest average IQ for any professional sport. Absolutely worthless pastime for adults and should not be a “sport”. In fact, what with all the worldwide shenanigans soccer has caused, I’d say it’s a net negative.

For what it's worth, during Covid lockdowns, I'd watch women's hockey when they streamed it on Twitch. Besides the lack of body checking (illegal for some reason or another), it wasn't too bad. Helped pass time, for sure. Helped that a lot of the games were on late at night, since I was working graveyard during those years.
