Learning. If your career is IT-adjacent or if you're interested in open source, learn the Linux command line. Spin up Virtualbox or Hyper-V, install Devuan server, and get a basic Linux CLI tutorial.

Yeah learning the CLI isn't glamorous, but it unlocks an entire world of compile- and CLI-only programs that are extremely difficult to get working on Windows. Things like spinning up your own Mastodon or Matrix instance, running a local version of Archive (Mnemosyne), or even just uploading Python to a Git server.
