1 Japs, no question. All internal ethnogroups ranked from north to south.
2 Koreans, south before north.
3 The practically extinct, high caste, fair skin indians, essentially caucasian indians.
4 There are multiple chinese ethnogroups and I'm somewhat ignorant but I know the northeast ones that spoke cantonese are superior to the han chinese masses by a fair margin.
5 Pacific islanders and native americans are easily ranked by distance from the equator and the high scorers like the east coast, northeast and eskimo tribes and the far southern tribes of new zealand like the samoans, maori and a few other coconut niggers; like han chinese the low ranks of these broad groups belong lower on the list like hawaiians.
6 mongolians
7 East russian mongrels
8 han chinese
9 Central asian mongrels
10 southeast asians, I have never known enough to pass a judgment for each nationality but I suspect that generally they get dumber and more useless on average along a north south and east west axis in which north vietnamese being north-easternmost is probably the most competent and south western myanmar in the opposite corner of the region being worst off.
11 pacific island nations between taiwan and australia excluding melanesia
12 Central india
13 various remaining american native groups ranked by proximity to equator including central and south america.
14 Southern india
15 Hawaiians and other equatorial pacific islanders not listed above.

I probably missed a couple and might have some geographical errors.
Philippines should be #2. They are generally Christian and hard working.
Thailand should also be in there somewhere toward the top. They have odd customs, however they also have an arrest warrant issued for bill gates.
