It cannot be pronounced in human language. It is what humans would call a feeling or possibly emotion. It's closest comparison would be the feeling of one who is extremely constipated. After many hours of valiant struggle the brick like fece begins to pass. You strain mightily until the pain is almost unbearable and then it happens , that moment. It starts to pass ,you experience something spiritual at that moment when you pass from excruciating unbearable pain to ultimate relief and blissful state of Zen. That is the name.
