Nice one.
Ive taken mk677 (ibutamorten) for six months and really liked it. It’s oral and tastes like shit but it works. Its a growth hormone secretagogue, which increases growth hormone and igf-1, and is great for injury repair. It also has the added benefit of anti-aging and increased muscle mass. The downside is water retention, so you’ll put on a little weight, but for me I didn’t mind it. I work out heavy so it was a good addition to that. It’s better than growth hormone releasing peptides because the half life is much longer and you only have to take it once a day. The gh-peptides have to be injected, and multiple times daily if I’m not mistaken.
I haven't found any oral in the 157 or 500. But when I'm healed up I will look at that 677, thank you.
Amino acids are peptides and have been safely used for decades. Optimum Nutrition has a good line of them. I'd also suggest whey for after workout and casein for before bed. Protein baby, that's the name of the game. My only point tho is that you are way overthinking the science. Dose w/ amino acid blend and protein every day = heal faster. Good for those peptides if they're better. In my experience they helped me recover after tearing my abductor muscle. Get your metabolism up, you heal faster. Start slow then gain momentum.
Agreed, I consume lots of protein but tore my rotator cuff and it is just not healing and I am in pain. More than my normal every day pain. I need to fix it. Preferably without surgery.
You should try massage therapy. Get those muscle fibers relaxed so they can heal properly. My massage therapist is worth her weight in gold to me. I was looking at surgery, but decided to take the natural path to recovery. Was a good choice.
I don't think you can massage a torn rotator cuff back into health!
Have used BPC-157 to repair torn ligaments in my elbow and probably wrist too. Before I started I could barely close my fist and had pain coming and going. That was years ago I using BPC-157 I fixed it completely. The great thing about BPC-157 is that it's anti-inflammatory too, so it helps with the pain during the healing process. I've heard of people using it with TB-500, but it was unavailable to me at the time so I only used BPC-157 and still got excellent results.
If I remember correctly, the protocol I used was multiple subcutaneous injections in the affected are per day for a week, then week off to see the effect, then again injections for a week and repeated those cycles until it's healed. As I said this was years ago when there was very limited info on it on the internet at the time, so if you find a tested protocol online I would go with that one.
Right on. How long did it take for you to start seeing results? The stuff is a hundred bucks a bottle.
100$ per bottle??? What kind of stuff are you getting? Here in Europe it is about 20$ per 5mg bottle.
In the us it's not approved for use in humans or animals so you have to get the "research only" stuff.
10mg BPC-157 with 7.5mg TB-500, it's a blend. Price today is 89 dollars. So a bit less than other places I've found.
