I’m probably taking this question too seriously, but it would seem to me that you’d want to spring for some top notch shit. I hear the Virpil flight control joysticks are well built. Never used one though. But a joystick seems like a control surface that makes sense for a submarine. I’ve got a joystick for VR flight sim stuff. I’ve had to repair that fucking thing a few times. Would definitely not use it in an actual vehicle..especially one that dives underwater. It’s not reliable enough.
