Couple of things. 1) governments (federal, state, and local) have stopped properly managing forrests. 2) naturally occurring fires are harder to control because of this 3) 'environmentalists' also knows this and will purposefully set fires to advance the global warming narrative.

Yep, Kali has been doing this forever. They then get federal emergency dollars which they illegally skim and redistribute across the state to continue their communist/socialist programs even though they are broke and can't afford anything.
