Private citizens owned battleships and cannons at the time. Enough said.

And not a single one was a nigger

If the founding fathers had envisioned the taxes we pay now and the various impositions on our freedoms that we deal with, they would have torn it all down and started over. Probably with a bill of rights three times as long.

You can argue that all world governments would have to be using only 1776 rifles before you could justify limiting the citizens of the USA to them.

Also, I thought personal income taxes were not introduced in the USA until after the American civil war.

They were introduced when the Federal Reserve became a thing.

...or that "freedom of the press" doesn't cover typewriters or computers, and only refers to the use of the same kind of hand-operated movable type printing presses that were available at that time.

1913, the Federal Reserve Act, backed by and signed into law by the thrice cursed, never sufficiently to be damned Woodrow fucking Wilson, spit. It gave the Rothschild international jewish crime family a privately controlled central bank in the US and control over the issue of US currency, allowing them to set and charge us interest on our own fucking money, the Income Tax to pay the interest, and the IRS as the taxpayer funded collection agency to collect those interest payments for the Rothschild controlled central bank.

That was the beginning of the end for this nation. All just as the Founding Fathers warned us against.

( Hitler was right. \o )

Income tax isn't even legal.

I will consider your position when it's printed on a press or written with a quilled pen on period correct parchment paper

I mean, it's a neat debate tactic but I wouldn't concede a diminished right.

It does not matter what they argue, pretending they know what The founding fathers intended because they wrote it down very clearly. Shall Not Be Infringed.

I'll go back to a musket if they agree to strike the last 17 constitutional amendments.

They didn't expect voting like it is today either.
