If you are a FFL holder and a person came in to buy a gun and it was obvious to you that the person was not the gender it was claiming to be, would you sell them the gun, if everything else was in order? Would you refuse the sale since the person is obviously mentally ill?

You're legally required to refuse them if they falsify their form 4473.

You're mandated to refuse suspected straw purchasers. If someone with a dick checks "female" on Form 4473, well they sure dont seem like the actual buyer of the gun.
