I saw an old video that said Obama did a lip dip and not drink, so it's possible most of the EPA officials did the same lip dip trick to pretend to sip. I watched two videos and they had the tap conveniently behind someone in both angles so who knows if the source was bottled water instead or even if it were a tap if there's a filter attached below the sink.

You can just bring "tap water" to any hospital and say you want to start a day care. The hospital will test it and tell you what's in it, and if it's safe to drink. This is part of getting licensed for running a day care.
