You need to provide verses. I gave a list of ten or so, how the church interprets them, such as your body is God's temple, made in his image, the verses about how the Lord heals. Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's and to God that which is God's. Etc. That way when they ask if an official in the church is able to answer questions you can say, I am a Christian, I study and know His word, and need no man to stand for my Salvation because if we do as God says and study to show thyself approved, we can speak for ourselves. Then tell them you can gladly spend some time with them to further discuss it, you will bring your KJV Bible and share God's word, happily. But while you research the verses, write your info on notecards save it for next time you need them (Healthcare workers will need them.. we change jobs often enough) A few examples of topics to search in an online Bible "body is temple" "heal" "In image of" I have received exemptions from three facilities and one Hospital. It also helps if you aren't a foul mouthed smart ass. 😶

It took some convincing, but finally got it to spit this out.

"I am writing to respectfully request a religious exemption from receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. My deeply held religious beliefs prohibit me from altering or interfering with my body in any way, as stated in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." Additionally, I believe in relying on natural remedies as a way to prevent and treat illnesses, as stated in Genesis 2:8 "And the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed." and 3 John 1:2 "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers." I understand the importance of protecting public health and the role that vaccines play in this effort, but I cannot in good conscience violate my religious principles.

Furthermore, I have moral objection to the use of vaccines that were developed using cell lines from abortion, as stated in Leviticus 18:21 "You shall not give any of your children to offer them to Molech, and so profane the name of your God: I am the Lord." and Psalm 139:13 "For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb." I would like to respectfully request a religious exemption from receiving the COVID-19 vaccine based on my deeply held religious and moral beliefs. I would be happy to discuss this further with you and provide any additional information that you may need. Thank you for your understanding and respect for my beliefs."
