You don't.

You tell whoever is trying to poison you to go fuck themselves.

If they fire you, you saved a lot of time because it won't just end with this attempt to murder you.

[–] 3 pts

They don't force the jab. I just have to go through an extra step because I'm not taking or will never take it

[–] 2 pts

Then you don't need an excuse. Tell them either "no" politely, or just tell them to pound sand.

[–] 3 pts

That's not how this situation works. And I don't want to explain it.

[–] 2 pts

Some employers are bound by law to require the jab (in the US). However they can get around this by approving religious exemptions for everyone who wants them.

[–] 2 pts

Some employers are bound by law to require the jab (in the US).

These employers are not worth working for.

[–] 2 pts

This is very narrow minded.

An employer or a field of work you may have invested decades in was targeted by the government. You should throw your career away because of a contrived moral stance? You can't bother to fill out a religious exemption form?

It isn't your employer that is to blame, it is the mandate by the government which your employer is saying fuck you too by offering the exemption.

[–] 0 pt

Healthcare of course requires. To some of us helping others is a calling and we have withstood the demands for the jab as well as idiots hating all nurses/doctors as if we agree and take part. Here's how it works..Because of my exemption I do not give vaccines. My faith is in conflict if I do. You simply have to use their own loopholes against them. Have a great Saturday.

There are some informative videos on youtube that talk about the legal stuff and give some good examples. Search for "Peggy Hall Healthy American".

Although I'm really surprised any job would still ask for this. There have been a lot of losses in and out of courts for employers that mandated this. The state of NY even recently lost in court, which shows how indefensible these requirements have gotten.

There's a reason, but I don't want to share my profession atm

Tell them you're a Jew. That seems to be today's get out of jail free card.

I am writing to respectfully request a religious/moral exemption from receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. My deeply held religious/moral beliefs prohibit me from altering or interfering with my body in any way, and I believe that receiving the vaccine would violate these beliefs. I understand the importance of protecting public health and the role that vaccines play in this effort, but I cannot in good conscience violate my religious/moral principles. I would be happy to discuss this further with you and provide any additional information that you may need. Thank you for your understanding and respect for my beliefs."

Give me more details if you want a more detailed reply.

[–] 3 pts

Thank you. This sounds pretty good.

[–] 4 pts

Got it from chatgpt. It would be a great source to refine the message for your particular circumstances.

[–] 3 pts

Right on. I appreciate it. I plan on taking everyone's examples and curating it to my liking

You need to provide verses. I gave a list of ten or so, how the church interprets them, such as your body is God's temple, made in his image, the verses about how the Lord heals. Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's and to God that which is God's. Etc. That way when they ask if an official in the church is able to answer questions you can say, I am a Christian, I study and know His word, and need no man to stand for my Salvation because if we do as God says and study to show thyself approved, we can speak for ourselves. Then tell them you can gladly spend some time with them to further discuss it, you will bring your KJV Bible and share God's word, happily. But while you research the verses, write your info on notecards save it for next time you need them (Healthcare workers will need them.. we change jobs often enough) A few examples of topics to search in an online Bible "body is temple" "heal" "In image of" I have received exemptions from three facilities and one Hospital. It also helps if you aren't a foul mouthed smart ass. 😶

It took some convincing, but finally got it to spit this out.

"I am writing to respectfully request a religious exemption from receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. My deeply held religious beliefs prohibit me from altering or interfering with my body in any way, as stated in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." Additionally, I believe in relying on natural remedies as a way to prevent and treat illnesses, as stated in Genesis 2:8 "And the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed." and 3 John 1:2 "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers." I understand the importance of protecting public health and the role that vaccines play in this effort, but I cannot in good conscience violate my religious principles.

Furthermore, I have moral objection to the use of vaccines that were developed using cell lines from abortion, as stated in Leviticus 18:21 "You shall not give any of your children to offer them to Molech, and so profane the name of your God: I am the Lord." and Psalm 139:13 "For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb." I would like to respectfully request a religious exemption from receiving the COVID-19 vaccine based on my deeply held religious and moral beliefs. I would be happy to discuss this further with you and provide any additional information that you may need. Thank you for your understanding and respect for my beliefs."

I'd remove the last part about being happy to provide additional information, because they will just use that as a means to attempt to invalidate your exemption.

On the contrary, no HR wants a Bible study session. Trust me. They read over it, see your verses used, connect the logic, and say thanks. But the offer is a part of smoothing any possible ruffled feathers. IMHO and own experience.

[–] 0 pt

You don't give them said Bible session either. You just say that it contradicts your sincerely held religious beliefs. Anything else is just giving them wiggle room to try and invalidate said exemption.

[–] 1 pt

Don't use that. Don't cuck the law and slide it further into jewish totalitarian control. Just say "I have a religious objection." that's all you need to say.

I hate the antichrist

All HR needs is an intelligently written record on file to cover their asses. Mention you will test as needed and will wear proper PPE to protect as needed. It has become a quagmire for HR and I also highly recommend writing that you in no way are stating others are wrong in their beliefs, but that for you to follow God's word and your faith you cannot alter God's gift of your life, because to do so puts your eternal soul in jeopardy. Also do NOT plagiarize.. treat it like a college paper . Change wording to "sound like you" .. I know HR ppl that uploaded stuff into sites to see if it was copied from online. Depending on how high level your job is, that is.

[–] 2 pts

Thanks. I always change the syntax and cadence whenever I plagiarize.

So you chose bacterial infection.

Fuck that

The first point is to get the exemption. And no one stops you from frequently changing your masks. Second point is to not come off like a rabid psychopath. Some of us have mortgages, bills, kids to support. I'm a nurse. I'm exempt. I warn ppl not to take boosters/vaxes and provide CDC and other legit medical links for ppl to decide for themselves. I'm glad you can toss a career but I will not. Thanks for your scintillating reply.

I have never heard of neeva. You like it? Have you tried you.com? That’s what I’ve been using lately.

[–] 2 pts

I like neeva a lot. You find all kinda neat loosely related esoteric shit on your searches when you can go a couple hundred pages of results in like google used to do years ago. I haven't tried you.com but i'll give it a look

Depending on where you live, you need to read the small print to see what constitutes a religious exemption. In CA, this includes having firmly held convictions that parallel religious conviction.

I filed my paperwork at my school for exemption and they accepted it. Did not need to write out anything specific.
