Essentially all countries would have to become very competitive for people or they'd almost immediately be out of existence. Countries that were the greatest would have to be selective on who they let in or they'd go to shit quick.

Rules are - 1 - You HAVE to move to another country at 18. So if you're already in country #1 you have to move to country #2. 2 - The country you move to has to be the best that will take you, no next door country etc.

Congratulations, you've successfully come up with the stupidest idea ever. It would make literally every country worse, cost the entire GDP of half of them and fuck up the environment while you're at it. It's like you heard that tower of babel story and thought "that sounds great, let's do that on purpose, repeatedly."

Is your next idea to flood the world to solve water shortages? can you give this guy flair like a trophy or medal of some kind next to his name? For stupidest idea ever.
