If it's an honest mistake, I understand. Things don't always go as we plan them.
If it's a fuckup that happened due to laziness and lack of care, they are dead to me.
When it comes to the food I don't complain unless it's an easy fix. I know people that used to work in the kitchen who witnessed degenerates spit in the food of customers who complained.

In that specific scene, the bitch absolutely deserves it. In real life, an angry cranky minimum wage worker having a bad day might over react to a trivial criticism, and imagine themselves in the same scenario.
Yep. I'm always polite and refuse food and don't order again and never return. Usually get a free drink but I don't care.
Same. I'll send the food back, but by the time it arrives back to the table, I'm gone.
