Sure, that particular car is unlikely but when you consider other factors, such as where the owners lives, how often they are in that area, etc, it may become much more likely. The same car twice in two different locations is incredibly unlikely. Several orders of magnitude more so, but still within the realm of reason. Ive seen a clock stopped maybe 5 times in my life, and would guess the odds are very low. A particular clock, stopping at a particular time, seen by a particular person, is likely. Having that person experience a paranormal event, unlikely. Both things simultaneously, highly unlikely. Said person, on a random other day seeing a stopped clock, likely. A stopped clock of the same hour and minute as the prior one, incredible. The odds of seeing two clocks, randomly stopped, on the same hour and minute within a lifetime are infinitesimally small. Back to the scenario, you have a perceived paranormal event, a stopped clock, a change of location, and another stopped clock. 3 highly unlikely events in a short period of time. This is opposed to your example of one unlikely event at one point in time. While impossible to do the math, and admitting that everything is possible and likely to occur ‘at some point in the future extending an infinite amount of years’, I would argue that the odds of this particular scenario happening are many many orders of magnitude less probable than your example.
