I've been drinking less, and taking longer stretches of sobriety lately. I get itchy as hell, when not drinking, believe it to be zinc deficiency. Been taking tablets the past few days. Sometimes feel better, but I'm pretty damn itchy. Suggestions?

I feel fine without it. Just itchy. Can cause zinc deficiency, which would cause itching

I ain't got no deficiency beyond the chemical all men in my family are missing that alcohol has so were become pure drunkseveryone but my brother he's never had urges to drink like me my dad and uncles and grandfather's. We have dangerous thirst for all alcohol

Can't remember the chemical but they did a study on it and were just thirsty men for the chemical but it wasn't a short word like zinc

I been sober about 10 years now minus a few social outings in beginning and one or 2 holiday drinks year that I have. Had bottles after bottle to enjoy then my son and his frens drank th and havnt replaced anything so I'm getting thirsty
