What are the safe limits? I've been taking a zinc supplement as a prophylactic against colds/flu and to help increase T levels.

Heck I take vitamin D too, but only twice a week as I know it's one of the fat soluble one. I had chronic fatigue and this cleared it right up.

I don’t remember honestly. Just look it up or google zinc toxicity. Most store bought supplements should likely be in the safe limits I think.
