I've been drinking less, and taking longer stretches of sobriety lately. I get itchy as hell, when not drinking, believe it to be zinc deficiency. Been taking tablets the past few days. Sometimes feel better, but I'm pretty damn itchy. Suggestions? | Poal: Say what you want.
