There is a constant pain in my brain, and it never stops. It feels like a pressure or a ball being squeezed into my brain on the back towards the lft. My body, to compensate is starting to do retarded things. It deals with the spike in pressure by making my heart bradycardic, and than the brain dumps a bunch of adrenaline into the body to shock itself back to life. This makes me super tired and exhausted, and then filled with energy. But I can tell the effects are wearing off more rapidly. My brain is constantly foggy and confused, it has a very hard time (close to impossible) time focussing, and anything basic even like driving or remembering something that happened minutes ago is becoming more and more difficult. However, at other times my brain feels like a million bucks and can do extraordinary things, remember things vividly, and then operate like there isn't a problem. I get super frustrated at myself nowadays because i hate my brain doing this, i wish it would just act normally

Come on, you had a brain tumor resected and you're feeling weird brain stuff and not going to the doc for a workup? Surely you have follow up at least yearly. If that's true you know you have to see your neurologist or oncologist- and if you're afraid and refuse to go you know it's only going to get worse, so go see your doc asap.

My dad gets cluster headaches but this doesn't sound like that. Headaches can be caused by innumerable things. Go get a scan done if it's constant or has been going on over a month. Not to alarm you, but if it's a tumor catching it earliest is best.
