Obviously it would be easy to end all the speculation by having her make a public appearance. If you watch the short video in the link to "The Sun" she appears twitchy and uncomfortable.

If those documents are legit, it looks like she was still alive a year later. Still, it's pretty suspicious that she's somehow managed to avoid the press and random internet lurkers, despite everyone having her home address and workplace.
