There are several lawsuits against the federal government right now on the jab mandates. Ones for military, federal employees, and federal contractors.
There's also been lawsuits against local governments and private employers, and at least one settled with employees.
As far as injury lawsuits, I've heard of a couple here and there against counties and states, but I have no idea if any have gone very far.
It's extremely hard to prove a vaccine (or any drug) injury in court beyond a reasonable doubt. Someone would have to die within minutes and have a doctor willing to testify as to the cause. Good luck with that, and convincing an attorney to take that one for less than six figures, more likely seven.
However, I'm sure it'll eventually happen, but decades down the road. That's typically how long it takes to build up a class action lawsuit for widespread medical injuries and have all the pieces fall into place.

Part of the problem has been the lack of attorneys specializing in religious freedom litigation. Helping people keep their jobs isn't exactly a high paying field, and I know several of these firms rely on donations to help make ends meet.

Sure, theres quite a lot of stuff going on , that is deliberately not been aired on msm. Substack seems to have become one of the few places that today's vaxx 'outcasts can actually converse and disseminate actual qualifiable data and info.
