Imagine you're charged with a crime. But the prosecuting lawyer is your brother, the defence lawyer is your uncle and the judge is your best friend. They'd all work together so you go free, right?
It'd be the same thing with any lawsuit over mandates and lockdowns. It'd be rigged. The judge, prosecution, and defence would all be working together to put on a show.
Also, a government employed judge - who got to a high enough position to rule over a case like this - would never find the government guilty of something this big.
They do use rigged lawsuits to shut down issues. But right now, they want to stay silent and not bring attention to the mandates and lockdowns, because they may want to use them again.
I think this is true in many cases. But no one is even trying to bring such a suit, to my knowledge at least. I also don't think that every judge in the system is corrupt. If all of them were, then the government would never be found guilty of anything, and that's not the case.
My larger point, bring a suit (or several suits) and then force the DS to openly show just how corrupt they are.
