There were. They blocked the executive order to force companies with more than 100 employees to force everyone to get jabbed. They blocked the madate for all federal employees.
Ahh yes. True.. the courts told OSHA where to stick it..but then some businesses mandated it anyhow. So they should be sued.
Absolutely. Every business that mandated it should be sued. Cities that forced restaurants to demand Vax cards should be sued.
Yeah that was the other half of it. What cities and states did to businesses. Certain municipal and state governments should be sued into bankruptcy.
Not to mention, by the time the fucking OSHA ruling came down, a shit ton of people had already got the jab under threat of government coercion. Not everyone could afford to wait it out and see what the courts would do. Those folks should be suing the shit out of basically everyone.
