Start shopping for businesses, consider advertising. I bet advertising in industrial shop areas would work. There are so many niche businesses that we can't even imagine exist. I'm sure you could buy one and spend time with the owner learning before they retire. Buying someone out would be more expensive, but you'd still be getting a lot for your money.
