I'm 6'2 180ish lbs. I have workedout for many years, I have an athletic physique.

My family are landwhales for the most part. I don't say , " Wow , you are eating yourself to an early grave " or " Holy crap , how damn big are you going to get ? "

What should I say next time they make that remark ?

Maybe you should say, " Wow , you are eating yourself to an early grave " or " Holy crap , how damn big are you going to get ? ". Bullies will do what they want, until put in their place. Same for passive-aggressive types. Letting them skate by is all the incentive needed to continue. A little role reversal fun is in order.
